Still not quite sure what you meant by not judging the message as it’s coming through. Can you give an example or two?

When a message comes in, it is greeted by our internal filters of “I agree” or “I disagree.”
These two modes are a judgmental reflex.
For many people, “I disagree” shuts down the experience.
So, when one receives an “answer” (or message) from a Tarot spread, it is possible to lose an opportunity. For what? A chance to have one’s perspective expanded.
As an example…
Let’s imagine that the Tarot spread says, “This job causes you trouble.”
The ego has an automatic response: “I agree” or “I disagree.”
Several authors suggest that the ego is made of fear.
So, a fearful judgment can be: “This job causes trouble, and it will break me.”
An old idea is to “Sit with the question.”
So, one could ask the Goddess, “This job causes trouble, can I learn to become stronger?”
Or perhaps, one could ask, “This job causes trouble, can I do it well and get noticed by clients who may hire me?” Then the person can leave the job.
Thank you for your question, M-.
