“One of the most enduring and archetypal images of the witch is that of charmer, enchanter, spell-caster and one who utters the words of power on magical breath. Wisdom sayings such as ” breath is the horse that starlight rides” and “for the spell to work every time, best the spell be spake in rhyme” highlight this. The use of power breathed forth is practical, potent and draws upon the magical velocity of the lineage of magic from the beginnings of creation through the breath of all who’ve used these forms to you and I. In this workshop, Orion will share: *lore on breath as the horse of heaven, the mover of space: *ancient charms and incantations and the power of “praying true”; and the meaning and use of Abracadabra forms, and a few other words of power.
