“No! I do not want to move,” Arianna, a friend, told me.
Later in the conversation, she said, “Maybe this is a time of transition instead of just suffering.”
That opened a door in my thoughts.
Here are three insights for you.
- Elevate your thoughts from your body to your spirit.
A move causes a lot of discomfort. Your body aches, and your heart aches over the loss of your current home. You even deal with fear about the place you’ll end up. Arianna said that she did not want to move. But what does her spirit want?
“We are happy when we are growing.” – William Butler Yeats.
- Shift from “I don’t want this” to “I wonder what the new adventure may be.”
Have you noticed that times of transition often include suffering? It’s clear that we do not want to be pushed out of our comfort zone.
After we endure a time of transition, opportunities for new experiences and even new friendships often arise.
This can be a blossoming of a new chapter of your life.
You can guide your thoughts with this idea: “I wonder what the new adventure may be.”
- Hold faith that the God and Goddess know what They’re doing.
Do you recall a time when a change was dropped into your life, and you suffered? And did that change eventually open a new door for something good for you?
The Gods know what is best for you, that is, what you need in your life. At the time, it may not be what you prefer. You may not understand why you need a change in your life. Still, remember that you are in a relationship with the Gods. Why? Because They placed divinity within you.
A Prayer
Dear Lord and Lady
May I be open to the new opportunities
That change may bring
For You know what causes my heart to sing.
Let this sunrise make clouds flow away.
Let this change go my way
So Mote It Be.
May these insights support your path.
Blessed Be,
Moonwater

Good advice, Moonwater.
When my cat, Ramses, and I wake up each morning I always ask him if he’s “Ready to start a new adventure today?” The wonderful thing our pets can teach us is to live in the moment – to see each day as another opportunity to embrace the JOY of Life.

M,
Thank you for your uplifting comment. About “Let US be impressed with the wonder and beauty around us each and every minute of each and every day,” I agree. The beauty is abundant. The Gods are all around us in that beauty.
Blessed Be,
Moonwater
