The cars collided. The airbag punched me in the face. My dinner almost leapt from my mouth.

Days later, I realized. I did not have a protection sigil in the car!

I have three insights for you.

1. Protection in terms of boundaries, the Cosmic Egg of Protection and a Protection Sigil serve different purposes.

Do you have a friend or family member who pushes you too much? You may need to have a boundary with this person. You can say, “I need to sleep. I don’t take calls after 9 pm.”

A boundary is permeable. You probably would let your spouse call you whenever needed.

As I mentioned, I failed to have a Protection Sigil in my car. Here’s a Link to my post about creating a sigil.

Creating sigils is easy to do.

2. Protection is natural and necessary.

It is true that some people and things cause harm. An old quote says, “You can’t give what you don’t have.” If you do not protect yourself and your energy, you’ll have no energy left. Want to be kind to a friend? – you’ll need energy. Want to complete your college degree? – you’ll need energy.

You can use the following InstaCircle process for protection…

3. Ask the Goddess for protection.

Goddess loves us. She is there for us. Call on Her for protection. Anytime your intuition warns you that you are going into a dangerous situation, call on the Goddess.

You can quickly cast the InstaCircle.

Here is the InstaCircle process with the movements:

Using your power hand (your dominant hand), trace the Circle three times.

I cast my Circle thrice,
round, round and round.

Point your index finger up to the heavens and then pull energy down to the ground.

Let no bane get in,
From heavens to ground.

The InstaCircle can support you by shielding you from negative energies.

Gods hold me secure,
In Your mighty hands
So gentle and true.
Shield me from negative energies
So that I may thrive in Your light.
So mote it be.
