Years ago, my first husband yelled at me as I walked toward the house where we lived.
This was his way. (No confusion about why I dropped this moron.)
It was an understatement to say I was frustrated with his behavior.
Still, I remember a particular afternoon. He yelled but I simply raised my spiritual shield. His anger just bounced off my shield of peace. I just walked past him.
Recently, I reflected on frustration.
Have you notice that it feels natural that some things get us feeling frustrated?
We can’t control people. We can influence our own inner space.
That’s why our inner work is so important.

Today, I noticed that one of my top-drawing blog posts is about attracting positive friends. (Here’s the LINK.)
Here’s a useful thought.
A solution to frustration is: Do that which strengthens you.
It’s an internal process.
Imagine doing a meditation session and including these words of power:
By the Sun, Moon, and Stars!
By Jupiter, Mars, and Venus!
By Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water!
Give me the strength to be my own person.
Keep me safe in my own mind and beyond.
Let me tame my inner whirlwind.
Let me be at peace within,
As I So Will, So Mote It Be
What external events cause you frustration?
You CAN invite the Goddess to help you strengthen yourself.
You can ask Her to guide you, so you feel empowered during times of frustration.
